Job summary

The Kendall Group, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join the Information Technology team. You will monitor, install, and maintain computers, networks, and software, and resolve issues that arise.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting PCs, managing IT inventory, responding to escalated helpdesk tickets, and providing timely support to staff across multiple sites. Associate degree or equivalent IT experience preferred; Windows, Office 365, and AD familiarity required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of IT support or helpdesk experience.
• Associate’s degree in computer technology or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Windows PCs and laptops and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and repair PCs.
• Maintain and administer computer networks and connected desktop/laptop systems.
• Respond to escalated helpdesk tickets and solve complex issues.
• Manage IT inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
