Job summary

The Kendall Group is seeking an IT Support Specialist in the Conshohocken area to join our Information Technology team. You will monitor, install, and maintain computers, networks, and software while solving issues that arise.

Reporting to the IT Support Manager, you will respond to escalated tickets, manage inventory, and support end users with professional service and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Work Experience: 2 years’ IT support or helpdesk experience.
• Education: Associate’s degree in computer technology or related field, certification, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office 365 products, Active Directory, Windows based PCs and laptops.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle many calls.
• Clear communication across all levels of the organization; strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, trouble-shoot and repair new and/or existing PCs.
• Provide maintenance and administration of both a computer network and connected desktop/laptop computers.
• Respond to escalated helpdesk tickets that require more complex or time-consuming problem solving.
• Manage IT inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned
