The Kendall Group is a growing IT team seeking an IT Support Specialist to help monitor, install, and maintain computers, networks, and software across our locations.
Reporting to the IT Support Manager, you will handle escalated tickets, manage IT inventory, and support a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Candidates should have 2 years of IT support, an associate degree or equivalent, and strong Windows/AD/Office365 skills.

Role Summary: Reporting to the IT Support Manager, the IT Support Specialist is a key member of the Information Technology team. The IT Support Specialist will be monitoring, installing, and maintaining computers, computer networks, and software and solving problems that may occur within them.
