Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking an IT Support Technician in Dublin, OH to manage hardware, support tickets, and imaging tasks. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals while collaborating with 3rd party vendors and internal teams.

Required 1–3 years in IT support, Windows 10 proficiency, strong customer service, and knowledge of Active Directory and SCCM.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years IT support experience.
• Experience supporting Windows 10 desktops and laptops.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with asset management.
• Knowledge of Active Directory.
• Experience with SCCM or other imaging tools.
• Able to multi-task and stay organized.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Hardware Inventory level of all PC Hardware, Monitors, Phones, Printers, and other technical items and peripherals.
• Respond, troubleshoot, and document support calls and tickets using approved tools.
• Explain basic concepts clearly to a diverse customer base.
• Assist staff with installation/imaging and configuration of desktop equipment.
• Work with 3rd party vendors for technical issues.
• Identify, isolate, and repair hardware/software problems for store equipment.
• Isolate BAD hardware for salvage.
• Complete projects within timelines and prepare for shipment to stores.
• Utilize ticketing system to track, document and prioritize work.
• Contribute to technical support documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
