Job summary

State of Missouri seeks a Client Support Technician to deliver professional technical support for the Department of Mental Health and related agencies. The role focuses on desktop support, software/hardware troubleshooting, and effective customer communication from the Nevada, MO office.

You will handle hardware/software issues, deploy hardware, manage inventory, and assist with help desk tickets in a fast-paced environment. Travel to additional state offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; 0–3 years IT support experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and Applications.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, VPN and BitLocker.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware and software/application support.
• Hardware deployment and inventory management.
• Handle help desk tickets with prioritization and timely responses.
• Collaborate with other ITSD teams and communicate effectively with customers.
