Job summary

Cardinal Services/Easterseals Northern Indiana (ENI) in Warsaw, IN, is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide first-line technical support to staff across multiple facilities. The role troubleshoots hardware/software, supports computers and mobile devices, and assists with network and security systems to ensure secure and reliable access.

The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, good communication, and the ability to manage priorities in a multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years IT support experience, multi-site preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, Active Directory, and remote support tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT support tickets in a timely, professional manner.
• Provide in-person, phone, and remote technical support.
• Set up and configure computers, laptops, Chromebooks, mobile devices, printers.
• Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts and access permissions.
• Support Microsoft 365, VPN, Remote Desktop, Windows, and Active Directory.
