Job summary

TCC Technology in Kentucky is seeking an IT Support Technician to resolve computer-related issues for clients across industries. You will provide remote and on-site assistance, manage tickets, and ensure service requests are completed promptly.

The role involves installing and maintaining devices, coordinating with vendors for parts, documenting procedures, and staying current with new technologies. A minimum of one year in IT systems and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• One year of experience managing and maintaining IT systems.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site IT support at client locations and resolve issues via our ticket system.
• Install and maintain technology including computers, printers, projectors, audio systems, interactive whiteboards, security cameras, phones, software and peripherals and respond to client tickets and alerts via our ticket system.
• Coordinate warranty replacements and communicate with vendors about equipment.
• Research new IT methods and products to better serve customers.
• Document daily procedures and maintain records of client networks.
• Suggest improvements to colleagues to solve problems.
• Stay updated on technologies offered by the company.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
• Promote a collaborative team environment.
• Handle multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
