Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 2 years of additional schooling/training.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware and software problems as needed.

• Use the IT Help Desk system to document, prioritize, and track requests.
• Install and configure new computers and telephones.
• Repair and upgrade PC or mobile device hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot printers, scanners, and copiers.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
