Job summary

terribleherbst is seeking an IT Technician to provide hands-on support for hardware, software, and network systems across the organization. This role ensures users have reliable access to technology resources and involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, the ability to work independently, and experience with Windows, macOS, and basic networking. Travel between office locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of three years experience.
• Experience with Konami Synkros preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, and connectivity.
• Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and profiles.
• Assist with inventory management of IT assets and equipment.
• Support audio/visual equipment and conference room technology.
• Document support activities and update technical manuals as needed.
• Collaborate with IT team members to elevate and resolve complex issues.
