Silfex Inc., A Lam Research Company, is seeking an IT Service Desk Technician to support end users across our Ohio operations. You will configure, install, and upgrade computers, manage the service desk system, and provide frontline IT support in office and manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Experience providing end-user IT support in office or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and triage hardware and software problems
• Configure, install and upgrade computers and internal systems
