Job summary

OHM Advisors seeks an IT Support Technician to ensure continuous computer system services for users, installing software, repairing hardware, and resolving issues. The role oversees deployment of software/hardware and supports IT projects across offices, adapting to schedule needs and remote offices.

Responsibilities include handling service desk requests, troubleshooting hardware/software, and providing user training.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of IT support experience or active enrollment in a relevant degree program.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and mobile devices.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11 & Microsoft Office 365.
• Excellent interpersonal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Field incoming service desk requests from users via ticketing system, email, telephone, and in-person in a timely, courteous manner.
• Troubleshoot, install, and upgrade end-user software and hardware.
• Provide one-on-one end-user training on relevant topics and systems on an as-needed basis.
• Maintain and troubleshoot file sharing systems for use with external users and organizations.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding within the scope of assigned duties.
