Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide end user support and manage the Helpdesk queue.
• Set up and deploy PCs for new employees using standard processes.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist with after-hours support for remote users as needed.
• Travel as required by E2 Optics.
