Job summary

CEC FACILITIES LLC in Catoosa, OK seeks an IT Support Technician to provide courteous, professional customer service and technical assistance to end users. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and resolve desktop hardware and software issues both onsite and remotely as part of a distributed user base.

Responsibilities include resolving desktop and printer problems, managing access and passwords, and supporting business applications with 1st level PC/Network support.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience performing level one help desk support in corporate environments.
• Basic technical certifications (A+, MCP) desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone and desk side problem resolution for all corporate users.
• Grant access, change, and reset passwords.
• Serve as initial contact for troubleshooting PC hardware/software and printers.
• Learn internal applications and provide 1st level PC/Network support for a distributed user base.
• Perform installs, upgrades, moves, and changes for workstation hardware and software.
