Job summary

Acro Service Corp in the United States seeks an IT Liaison/Helpdesk Specialist to provide technical support for EB/NNSIT users, handling PC systems, software, hardware, and network connectivity. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop environments, follow documented procedures, and collaborate with EBIT, NNSIT, and EB Production Support teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support to business area management and staff for PC systems, software, hardware and network connectivity.
• Installs, configures and troubleshoots desktop systems, workstations and network connectivity issues.
• May assign and maintain user passwords for specialized software.
• Support local troubleshooting and resolution, or resolution with the EB help desk.
