Job summary

Acro Service Corp. seeks an IT End User Analyst to provide Tier 1 support across call center, on-site, and Service Desk Window interactions within the IT Customer Operations Center. You will diagnose issues, document workflows, and escalate as needed, ensuring uptime for end-user tools and services.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in a related field with 4+ years in IT infrastructure and experience with monitoring tools. Willingness to travel and participate in on-call rotations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, math, business, or related field of study; or equivalent education, training & experience.
• Four or more years experience in IT infrastructure technologies such as networking, server/client architectures, operating systems, databases, virtualization, storage, messaging.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 phone, on-site and Service Desk Window support and coordination.
• Troubleshoot and restore routine technical service by analyzing, diagnosing faults.
• Recommend process improvements to prevent problems.
• Document workflow in Ticket Management System.
• Maintain up-to-date technical instructions for standard processes.
• Evaluate monitoring tool messages and resolve or escalate IT infrastructure issues.
• Provide shift rotational coverage (24x7).
