Job summary

Proof of the Pudding, a chef-led hospitality company based in Atlanta, is seeking an IT support specialist to be the face of IT for employees. You’ll join a cloud-first environment using Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, and Entra ID, with travel to venues.

The role reports to the CFO and works with internal colleagues and external partners to deliver reliable user support, device rollouts, and on-site assistance at our multiple locations.

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
• Solid Windows 11 troubleshooting skills.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, and basic networking issues.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Basic Microsoft 365 and Entra ID user account administration.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, IT partners, and users at all levels.
• A patient, service-oriented approach with the ability to explain technical issues in plain language.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Based in or able to commute to Atlanta, GA, with a valid driver's license and the ability to travel within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for IT support and manage helpdesk queue.
• Manage requests via helpdesk and remote support tools.
• Set up and deploy devices with Windows Autopilot and Intune; manage spare pool.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online) and admin tasks.
• Troubleshoot business apps and daily admin.
• Assist with basic networking, printers, Wi‑Fi.
• Travel for on-site support and device rollouts.
• Maintain records for users, devices, licenses.
• Contribute to IT doc and runbooks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
