The role integrates endpoint management, cloud administration, networking, and security operations; mentor junior staff, lead automation, and influence endpoint, cloud, and security architecture decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years of IT support experience with progression to L2–L3 responsibilities.
• 3–5 years in a formal enterprise help desk/service desk environment.
• Experience with vendors and SLA-based support models.
• 2–3 years supporting hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience supporting asset lifecycle management and endpoint deployment.
• Experience using AI tools to support troubleshooting and IT operations.
• ITIL certification or hands-on experience applying ITIL frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support for users across distributed environments, including endpoint, network, and collaboration tools in a hybrid setting.
• Administer Microsoft Intune; manage endpoints across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Manage IT assets lifecycle and track inventory with ITSM/asset tools.
• Troubleshoot identity, cloud, and security issues including Microsoft Purview configurations.
• Configure and maintain conference room AV technology and collaboration tools.
• Handle incidents and service requests via ITSM tools; perform root cause analysis.
• Develop knowledge base articles and SOPs; collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams.
• Enforce IT security policies, endpoint compliance, and Conditional Access controls.
