• Provide white-glove IT support for onsite and remote employees, resolving hardware, software, and M365 issues.
• Manage device provisioning, deployment, and lifecycle using Intune and Autopilot.
• Administer user accounts and identity management across Okta, Entra ID, and M365.
• Automate repetitive IT tasks with PowerShell and support Azure cloud technologies.
• Maintain IT documentation and support security/compliance initiatives with teams.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of IT support experience in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Windows 11, and endpoint troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and an identity platform such as Okta or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and IT service management tools (e.g., Freshservice, ServiceNow, or Jira).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
