Job summary

Mission Staffing is seeking a hands-on IT Support Engineer to join a cloud-first team supporting a high-net-worth insurance organization. You will troubleshoot end-user issues, manage identity and endpoint provisioning across Intune, Okta, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365, while collaborating with infrastructure and application teams.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of IT support experience in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Windows 11.
• Hands-on experience with Intune, Autopilot, and identity platforms like Okta or Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove IT support for onsite and remote employees, resolving hardware, software, and M365 issues.
• Manage device provisioning, deployment, and lifecycle using Intune and Autopilot.
• Administer user accounts and identity management across Okta, Entra ID, and M365.
• Automate repetitive IT tasks with PowerShell and support Azure cloud technologies.
• Maintain IT documentation and support security/compliance initiatives with teams.
