Proof Of The Pudding in Atlanta, GA is seeking an IT Support Specialist to be the face of IT for employees, troubleshooting laptops, logins, and onboarding new hires. The role involves on-site support, cloud-first Microsoft 365 services, Intune, Autopilot, and Entra ID, with travel to venues as needed.

You will join the IT Lead and a senior Microsoft 365 specialist, reporting to the CFO. The position offers a salary of $70,000-$75,000, company-paid life/AD&D/long-term disability, and a benefits

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
• Strong Windows 11 troubleshooting skills.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, and basic networking issues.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, plus license administration.
• Travel to company locations to provide on-site support.
• Based in or able to commute to Atlanta, GA.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Preferred: Microsoft certification or formal training (MD-102, MS-102, SC-300, MS-900).

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for IT support and manage the helpdesk queue.
• Set up, image, configure, and deploy computers using Windows Autopilot and Intune.
• Support onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Assist with day-to-day administration of Microsoft 365 apps.
• Handle basic networking tasks and printer setup.
• Travel to venues to provide on-site IT support.
• Maintain records for users, devices, licenses, and access.
• Contribute to IT documentation and runbooks.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
