Job summary

Info Way Solutions seeks a Frontline IT Support Specialist to assist faculty, staff, and students within the College of Nursing. You will diagnose and resolve issues on Windows and macOS, manage user accounts, printers, network connectivity, and setup workstations.

The role supports classroom and AV technologies, participates in equipment deployments, onboarding/offboarding, and documents solutions for escalation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; foundational IT knowledge or experience.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, OS, and peripherals.
• Familiarity with Windows environments; willingness to learn College/university tech systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support for faculty, staff, and students in person, remotely, and via service requests.
• Support classroom, conference-room, and audiovisual technologies; troubleshoot and escalate complex issues.
• Assist with setup, deployment, maintenance, and support of Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
• Assist with technology projects, equipment deployments, inventory, and documentation.
