Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot workstation hardware and software.
• Respond to calls and tickets within 4-hour response time.
• Provide on-site analysis and support; maintain confidentiality.
• Coordinate with IT Manager and attend mandatory meetings.
• Follow logging procedures and assist with reporting.
