Job summary
Rivers Casino Des Plaines is seeking an on-site IT support professional to maintain network systems, manage Active Directory, and handle help-desk duties. The role requires comfort with casino software and flexible shifts, including holidays.
You will support staff, document issues, and assist with security and recovery procedures. Ideal candidates hold a CS degree or related BA/BS, have experience with KCMS/Infinium/HRLogix, and can pass pre-employment screening.
Qualifications
- Degree in computer science preferred.
- Detail-oriented with multi-tasking ability.
- Familiar with casino software systems like KCMS, Infinium, HRLogix.
- Willing to work flexible shifts and holidays.
- Pre-employment screening required.
Responsibilities
- Maintains network operating systems.
- Secures system data via backups.
- Creates and maintains active directory accounts.
- Troubleshoots complex system problems and supports users.
- Maintains logs and distributes reports to end users.
- Responds to PC/hardware issues via help desk.
- Uses help desk system for reporting and change management.
- Follows security and recovery procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Participates in Illinois Gaming Board Self-Exclusion program duties.
