Utility Keystone is seeking an IT Support & Systems Administrator to provide day-to-day technology support and maintain the company’s systems, devices, network, and user access. You will ensure proactive, timely support to keep technology reliable, secure, and organized.

Responsibilities include managing user accounts, hardware upgrades, security, and reporting. On-site with occasional remote work, strong customer service and clear communication are essential.

• Manage user accounts, workstations, servers, and access permissions.
• Maintain security of core business systems.
• Oversee phone system and mobile devices.
• Support productivity, communication, and collaboration platforms.
• Assist with reports using company tools and documentation of policies.
