Job summary

Integra Beauty seeks a hands‑on Onsite IT Support Admin to be the go‑to contact for daily tech issues. You’ll provisioning gear, support both onsite and remote users, and work directly with senior engineers on enterprise networking and modern IT infrastructure.

Expect to tackle tickets, learn rapidly, and contribute to security incident response and system health across LAN and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a help desk, desktop support, or onsite IT admin role.
• Familiarity with Windows/Mac OS, basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, Wi‑Fi), and AD or Microsoft 365 administration.
• Google Suite experience is preferred.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks like racking equipment or cabling.
• Strong listening, quick learner, and proactive asking when stuck.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a user‑first mindset and ability to explain tech to non‑technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain security tools and protocols (firewalls, endpoint protection, vulnerability scanning).
• Provide frontline end-user support for onsite and remote employees.
• Assist during security incidents: document events, gather data, support response procedures.
• Monitor health of networks, servers, NAS, and cloud environments; escalate as needed.
• Onboard/offboard employees: device provisioning, account setup, access management (Zero Trust).
• Track hardware/software inventory and assist with vendor coordination and procurement.
• Collaborate on AI/data initiatives: workflow improvements, reporting, internal tooling support.
• Troubleshoot and problem solve systems; document work in ticketing system and standard processes.
• Provide a good customer/employee experience.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
