Job Overview

This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and assisting with network management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer service mindset, and a solid understanding of various operating systems and network protocols. Duties

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.
• Troubleshoot software problems related to applications such as Microsoft Office
• Manage computer systems including Windows, and Windows Server environments.
• Assist with computer hardware setup, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Support network administration tasks including LAN, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, WAPs, MDM and Active Directory management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft HYPER-V is required.
• Support mobile devices and ensure security protocols are followed for all endpoints.
• Assist in help desk operations by responding to user inquiries promptly and professionally.
