Range USA in Blue Ash, OH is seeking an IT Technical Support Specialist to assist across our stores and corporate locations. You will triage Tier 1/2 issues, support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and device enrollment, and help keep our POS hardware running smoothly.

The role emphasizes customer service, problem solving, documentation, and on-call support on a rotating schedule. Training is provided, and benefits include health coverage, store discounts, and free shooting classes.

Qualifications

Customer-focused IT support experience and strong communication.
Familiarity with Windows/Microsoft 365 administration and onboarding.
Ability to triage and document issues for escalation.
Comfort with after-hours on-call rotation and store support.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for IT issues across stores and corporate locations.
Provide Tier 1/2 support via phone, remote tools, or on-site and document resolutions.
Manage accounts, licensing, access, and device enrollment in M365 and AD/Entra ID.
Support POS hardware/software and coordinate escalation as needed.
Create knowledge base articles and maintain asset inventory.
