Job summary

Tier4 Group is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist for an enterprise client in Cincinnati, OH. You will provide phone and email support, manage tickets, and troubleshoot user issues across Windows 10 and Microsoft 365 environments.

Responsibilities include incident handling, documentation, and collaboration with IT teams. Preferred certifications include CompTIA A+ and ITIL knowledge. This is a 12-month contract with health benefits available for purchase.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Windows 10 and Office 365 environments.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and basic networking concepts.
• Experience using ticketing systems for incident management.
• Knowledge of software deployment tools (SCCM) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and endpoint support via phone and email.
• Manage and resolve tickets, document solutions and steps taken.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and guide user through resolutions.
