Job summary

Networking Technologies and Support, Inc. is seeking a Desktop/PC Tech to provide day-to-day technical support for a large medical university. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience, specifically with Windows 7/10 and Office 365.

Responsibilities include diagnosing hardware/software issues and maintaining inventory. The role requires a customer service focus and the ability to troubleshoot network and printing problems.

Pay rates are between $17.00 and $19.00 per hour with a Monday to Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing hardware on desktop and laptop PCs.
• Experience troubleshooting basic network, software, and printing problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for PCs and peripherals.
• Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone or electronically.
• Educate end-users on resolving hardware and software problems.

Skills

CompTIA A+

1 – 3 years’ experience supporting Windows 7/Windows 10/Office 365

Troubleshooting hardware issues

Installing software and patches
