Job summary

TEKsystems in Windsor, CO is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to deliver hands-on IT support for end users in a fast-paced environment. The role covers Windows/Microsoft 365, AV systems, and device deployments, with on-site and some remote assistance.

Qualifications

Experience providing desktop and IT helpdesk support in corporate environments.
Strong communication and customer service skills for non-technical users.
Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, and AV systems.
Experience with ServiceNow incident management.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite and remote support for desktop, laptop, mobile device and peripheral issues.
Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365, printers, conferencing tech and endpoint devices.
Support conference rooms, executive meetings, and audiovisual technologies.
Manage device deployments, hardware replacements and onboarding/offboarding activities.
Document, track, and resolve incidents and service requests in ServiceNow.
Support Apple and Windows devices in a corporate environment.
Configure and troubleshoot mobile devices, Teams and collaboration tools.
Maintain asset inventory and technical documentation.
Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to resolve complex issues.
Participate in on-call support as needed.
