Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is seeking an IT Support Specialist in North Kingstown, RI for first-level IT service desk support and proactive end-user assistance. You will log and resolve tickets via ServiceNow and help deploy Windows 11 devices for new hires.

Ideal candidates bring an associate degree or equivalent, up to one year of related experience, and strong English communication for global teams. Relevant Microsoft 365 knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent education and relevant work experience.
• 0–1 year of related IT support experience.
• Business-level English communication for supporting employees and global teams.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows-based workstations and peripherals.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT Service Desk support for incidents and service requests.
• Log, track, update, and resolve tickets in ServiceNow with accurate documentation and timely communication.
• Support onboarding activities for M&A, including Day 1 readiness and workstation deployment.
• Configure and deploy Windows PCs, including Windows 11 installation and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
