Job summary

KURZ Transfer Products in Huntersville, NC seeks an IT Support Specialist (Tier 1) to be the first point of contact for hardware, software, and network issues. You will triage tickets, assist onboarding/offboarding, and provide hands-on and remote support across a multi-warehouse environment.

This role emphasizes timely, user-focused service, collaboration with Security, Engineering, and Operations, and documentation of processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree or relevant technical certifications preferred.
• 2–5 years of IT support or on-premises technical environment experience.
• Experience supporting Windows OS, basic Windows Server concepts, and standard enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Resolve hardware, software, and basic network connectivity issues.
• Manage incoming IT tickets via phone, chat, and email; categorize and triage.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding, user provisioning, and asset setup.
• Administer access in AD and SAP per role-based access control guidelines.
• Perform endpoint management tasks using SCCM, Ivanti EPM, and DUO.
• Contribute to IT documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
