Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide Tier 1/1.5 onsite support across multiple locations. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, image laptops, set up devices, and manage accounts in Active Directory.

The role involves RF device support (scanners, guns, printers), travel between sites, and joining an on-call rotation. Prior warehouse/3PL experience is not required, with training provided for a solid technical foundation.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, help desk, desktop support, field support, or similar hands-on technical experience.
• Experience troubleshooting laptops and basic end-user technology.
• Experience with laptop imaging and device setup/deployment.
• Experience with Active Directory, including basic user/account administration.
• Comfortable working independently and supporting multiple locations/buildings.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 1.5 onsite technology support across multiple locations.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues; image and deploy laptops; set up devices; manage asset tagging.
• Support RF scanners, RF guns, and RF printers; assist with technology needs across facilities.
• Travel between sites as needed; participate in an on-call rotation; collaborate with onsite IT team.
