Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree in a computer-centered discipline or two years of required experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in computer center discipline.
• Experience: Experience as a computer/desktop technician with direct customer support/service role and experience supporting MS Windows and MS Office/Office 365.
