Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 60 credits including CS and 1 year IT experience
- Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Chrome OS troubleshooting
- Experience with endpoint management tools such as SCCM, Google Admin, and Armis
- Knowledge of Active Directory and user account administration
- Experience with ticketing systems and IT service desk operations
- Familiarity with network connectivity, VPN, and printer configuration
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support to 200+ state agency staff
- Troubleshoot hardware and software across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Chrome OS
- Manage user accounts and endpoint devices
- Ensure secure IT operations in a 24/7 environment
