Chimes in Exton, PA is seeking an IT Helpdesk Specialist to provide onsite technical support for end-user hardware, software and connectivity. This role includes Active Directory and Office 365 administration, system imaging, configuration, and deployment to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.

The candidate will train users, participate in staff meetings, and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a technical support or similar role.
• Familiar with AD, Windows, and Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with MDM/Intune and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly, professionally to incoming service requests.
• Deliver help desk support for end-user hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Administer Active Directory and Office 365 user accounts.
• Image, configure, and deploy new systems for end-user satisfaction.
• Record all work in the ticketing system for tracking.
