Job summary

Epitec in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite and remote end-user support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals. You will troubleshoot incidents, document resolutions in the ITSM system, and support hardware and software deployments.

The role requires strong customer service, asset tracking, vendor coordination, and adherence to security and change-management processes.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on technical support experience in an enterprise environment.
• Willingness to travel locally (5% or less).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and related peripherals.
• Troubleshoot incidents and requests via ITSM platform; document resolutions.
• Install, configure, maintain, and repair hardware and software per standards.
• Escalate complex issues while owning resolution.
• Support conference room tech, AV equipment, and end-user computing needs.
• Assist with deployments, upgrades, onboarding, equipment refreshes, and rollouts.
• Manage user access, equipment assignments, and asset lifecycle.
• Maintain asset inventory and coordinate vendor repairs/maintenance.
• Follow security, documentation, and change-management procedures.
