Job summary

Synergy ECP is seeking an IT Field Support Specialist to support our end-user community with Tier 2 and Tier 3 on-site and remote support for computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, and teleconferencing equipment.

The role includes site surveys, documenting configurations, configuring hardware, training site personnel, and maintaining various IT equipment. A minimum of five years of experience and strong Windows/Microsoft Office skills are required.

Qualifications

Requires a High school/GED and a minimum of five (5) years of experience.
Equivalent education and experience: Associate’s degree and two (2) years of experience.
Highly skilled in installing, repairing and troubleshooting computer hardware and peripherals.
Well-versed in installing windows, software, applications, antivirus and patches.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 on-site and remote support for computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, and teleconferencing equipment.
Conducts site surveys and documents current site configuration and user requirements.
Analyzes requirements and prepares hardware acquisition specifications.
Prepares engineering plans and site installation Technical Design Packages.
