Job summary

Proctor Honda is seeking an IT maintenance professional to support multiple Proctor Dealerships. The role involves updating antivirus, applying upgrades, backing up data, and maintaining wifi across stores. You will respond to IT issues, manage hardware replacements, and keep equipment logs.

A valid driver's license supports travel between locations. Two to four years of related experience or training is expected, with an equal combination of education and experience.

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Updates dealership PCs for current antivirus protection.
• Updates PCs for upgrades and maintenance.
• Assist with PC backups and data integrity.
• Change out PCs as needed and manage hardware assets.
• Maintain dealership WiFi and network connectivity.
• Prepare weekly status reports for each store.
• Respond to IT issues at stores as needed and document resolutions.
• Maintain dealership PC equipment log by store and daily time log.
• Care for dealership owned equipment and company vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
