Job summary

Proctor Subaru is seeking an IT maintenance technician to manage dealership PC equipment and coordinate with outside vendors for IT issues across stores. The role involves updating antivirus, applying upgrades, backups, and maintaining logs.

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Updates dealership PCs for current antivirus protection.
• Updates dealership PCs for any upgrades.
• Assist with PC backups.
• Change out PCs as needed.
• Maintain dealership WiFi.
• Reports to each store on weekly schedule.
• Responds to IT issues at stores as needed.
• Maintains dealership PC equipment log by store.
• Maintains daily time log.
• Care of dealership owned equipment and company vehicles.
