Job summary

Krause Auto Group is seeking a hands-on IT Support Specialist to provide responsive technology support for Myrtle Beach dealership operations. This on-site role requires diagnosing and resolving issues, deploying devices, and supporting user access and phone systems.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of IT support experience, strong Windows and MS 365 knowledge, and the ability to travel between local locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of hands-on IT or desktop support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows PCs and Microsoft 365.
• Experience deploying devices and basic networking concepts.
• Ability to travel locally between dealership locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and remote IT support for employees across dealership locations.
• Diagnose and resolve Windows PC, printer, network, and software issues.
• Prepare, deploy, replace, and maintain computers, monitors, phones, and IT equipment.
• Support employee onboarding/offboarding with device provisioning and access setup.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 user support (Outlook, Teams, passwords, MFA).
• Support desk phones and VoIP-related requests.
• Maintain ticket notes, asset records, and basic technical documentation.
• Follow IT security standards and escalation procedures.
• Identify recurring issues and escalation patterns for timely resolution.
• Assist Systems Team with site moves, device refreshes, and technology rollouts.
