Job summary

Proctor Dealerships is seeking an IT technician to perform maintenance on dealership computer equipment and coordinate with outside vendors for issue resolution. You will keep PCs updated with antivirus, handle upgrades, backups, and wifi, and maintain logs and time reporting.

The role requires 2–4 years of related experience and a valid driver's license to support multiple store locations. This is a full-time on-site position in Tallahassee, FL.

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform IT maintenance on computer equipment at direction of Controller.
• Coordinates with outside vendors to troubleshoot computer equipment issues.
• Updates dealership PCs for current antivirus protection.
• Updates dealership PCs for any upgrades.
• Assist with PC backups.
• Change out PCs as needed.
• Maintain dealerships wifi.
• Reports to each store on weekly schedule.
• Responds to IT issues at stores as needed.
• Maintains dealership PC equipment log by store.
• Maintains daily time log.
• Care of dealership owned equipment and company vehicles.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
