Job summary

Proctor Acura is seeking an IT Maintenance Technician to perform routine upkeep on dealership computer equipment and coordinate with external vendors for troubleshooting.

The role includes updating antivirus protection, applying upgrades, backing up systems, and maintaining wifi across stores. A valid driver's license and DMV clean record are required; 2–4 years of related experience or equivalent education is expected.

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Driver's License and a clean DMV Report.

Responsibilities

• Updates dealership PCs for current antivirus protection.
• Updates dealership PCs for any upgrades.
• Assist with PC backups.
• Change out PCs as needed.
• Maintain dealership's wifi.
• Reports to each store on weekly schedule.
• Responds to IT issues at stores as needed.
• Maintains dealership PC equipment log by store.
• Maintains daily time log.
• Care of dealership owned equipment and company vehicles.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
