Job summary

Huntington Technology is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver remote and on-site technical help for end users across small to medium businesses. You will diagnose, configure, and troubleshoot Windows, Office 365, printing, networking, and device issues, while logging detailed tickets and providing excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates will have strong problem-solving skills, familiarity with MSP tools like Autotask, Datto RMM, and ITGlue, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in technology or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Windows OS and Office 365.
• Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP).
• Experience documenting issues and resolutions.
• Knowledge of MSP tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, phones, servers, and networks.
• Open and log trouble tickets to track issues from identification through resolution.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot operating systems and line of business apps.
• Create detailed documentation of steps taken to identify and remediate issues.
• Respond to client requests via phone and email in a professional manner.
• Maintain reliability and accountability in ticket handling and client communication.
