Job summary

Human Services Management Corporation is seeking an IT Support Technician to respond to inquiries about the organization’s computer systems, PCs, and TELCO. The role is temporary with potential to become permanent.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and cellular issues, onboard/offboard users in Microsoft cloud services, document IT procedures, and collaborate with vendors as needed. Travel to remote sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Two year college/technical certificate or 5 years IT desktop support or 3 years in healthcare/education IT.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and offboard users in Microsoft's cloud services.
• Independently analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and cellular issues.
• Monitor antivirus status and address problems as needed.
• Document IT procedures for staff and end users.
• Answer staff questions on company supported applications.
• Set up and install personal computers.
• Travel to remote sites when required.
• Coordinate with third party vendors as needed.
