Job summary

Entyre Inc is seeking an IT Specialist to provide hands-on technical support for our Boston staff and remote users across offices. You will manage onboarding/offboarding, IT inventory, endpoint provisioning, and lead IT projects while enforcing security policies and supporting system integrations.

The role requires troubleshooting Windows and macOS, strong Microsoft 365 experience, and working with identity services such as Entra ID/Active Directory.

Qualifications

2+ years in IT support or desktop/admin role.
Strong troubleshooting across Windows and macOS.
Experience with Microsoft 365 and identity management.
Familiarity with onboarding/offboarding processes and IT inventory.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite IT support for Boston-based staff and remote users.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity on Windows/macOS endpoints.
Support conference rooms and audiovisual equipment.
Track incidents and service requests using the ITSM platform.
Own employee onboarding and offboarding, including device provisioning.
Prepare, deploy, configure, and troubleshoot endpoints per security standards.
Maintain accurate inventory of laptops and peripherals.
