Job summary

Greenstone Meats is seeking an IT Support Specialist to be the first contact for technical issues and to own day-to-day resolutions. You will support office and remote staff, configure devices, manage accounts in AD/Entra ID and Microsoft 365, and document processes to improve self-service help.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in IT support, strong Windows and cloud experience, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in IT Help Desk or Technical Support.
• Strong Windows endpoint and cloud platform knowledge.
• Familiar with AD/Entra ID and Microsoft 365 workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive support via chat, email, and in-person channels.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, devices, and licenses.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding by provisioning accounts in AD/Entra ID.
• Diagnose and resolve network, VPN, printer, and OS issues.
• Maintain internal knowledge base and SOPs.
• Keep accurate hardware/software inventory for audits.
