Job summary

Bergstrom Automotive Headquarters in Neenah, WI is seeking an IT Support Specialist to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across phone, email, and in-person support.

You will onboard new hires, configure devices and user accounts, maintain proactive health checks, document resolutions, and collaborate with vendors to keep systems secure and fast. This is an in-office, growth-oriented role within Wisconsin's largest automotive group.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an IT support role.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office; familiar with IT ticketing systems; Mac experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Provide onboarding, setup, and routine maintenance of desktop and mobile tools for new hires.
• Maintain and document solutions with detailed tickets and update internal knowledge base articles.
• Monitor assets, licenses, and equipment; assist with vendor coordination and on-site support.
