Job summary

binderholz is seeking an IT Support Specialist for its Live Oak, FL site. You will be the primary IT contact for employees, handling hardware, software and network issues, while liaising with headquarters to ensure smooth IT operations.

The role requires hands-on experience with Windows environments, AD, and Microsoft 365, plus strong problem-solving and communication skills. On-site work with competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in IT/Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of IT support experience in a multi-site environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Solid TCP/IP, LAN/WIFI troubleshooting skills and user support.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support for employees at the Live Oak site.
• Install, configure and maintain software and hardware assets.
• Monitor system performance and resolve IT issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with production site and headquarters for IT projects.
• Maintain IT documentation in the Wiki and update knowledgebase.
