Salas O’Brien is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver on-site and remote technical support across the organization. Based in Atlanta with a hybrid schedule (1-2 days in the office), you will manage workstations, networks, printers, and software; train users; document solutions; and collaborate with regional IT teams on enterprise initiatives.

Requirements include an associate or bachelor’s degree in IT and 3–5 years of IT support experience; strong knowledge of Office 365, Active

• 3–5 years of IT support experience.
• Experience with Office 365 administration and client/server OS.
• Experience with ticketing systems and asset management.

• Support employee workstations, applications, network services, printers, Wi‑Fi.
• Provide user training on new technologies and enterprise services.
• Resolve issues via ticketing system and document resolutions.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge bases for IT processes.
• Provision new workstations, mobile devices and end-user computing assets.
• Collaborate with regional IT teams on enterprise initiatives.
• Support core network devices, VPN, VoIP, and servers as needed.
• Lead or participate in research on new technologies.
